Responsibilities:
Manage the Airworthiness Directives for Part 21 and Part 145 regulations.
Maintains the Quality Management System for both Production and MRO.
Updates Quality Manuals and Maintenance Organization Expositions and Product Quality Plan.
Ensures internal audits conducted and executed timely.
Perform qualification assessment to qualify and authorize Technician, Inspector and Signatory/ Certifying Staff
Ensure trainings and qualification is managed in a timely manner as per schedule.
Ensures Quality procedures are latest and executed in accordance to the quality system.
Conducts trainings on quality subjects to staff to enhance understanding of subject as per training plan.
Facilitates Regulatory and Custom Audits effectively.
Ensure proper facilitation of customer visit for assessment and customer improvement plan.
Performs production readiness reviews as per project schedule.
Ensures FAI are reviewed and verified accurately.
Conducts product audits timely as per internal audit plan.
Participates actively in Analysis and Decision Committees and Material Review boards to ensure issue is facilitated in a timely manner.
Ensures qualification of test equipment is performed effectively.
Conducts accurate waiver management and access impacts.
Support the internal operation APQP implementation.
Support supplier PRR and FAI activity for piece part or SRU as and when necessary at supplier site.
Supports PE team in assessing readiness of new repair capability
Supports PE team in assessing readiness of new bench test.
Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Quality, Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering or Equivalent
Experienced in Avionics Production Environment
Experienced in Quality Auditing
Experienced in Procedural and Process developments
Knowledge in: AS9100D, PART-21 Subpart G, Or AS9110C, PART-145
