Working Hours: 10am to 6pm (Mon to Fri)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g., job application and onboarding processes)
- Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Implement new sourcing methods (e.g., social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve employer brand
- Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company's professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment
