Assistant Relationship Manager

Job Description

• Working within a front office team of 11 full time staff
• Working alongside 5 other ARMs supporting 4 Relationship Managers (RM) managing UHNW clients

Responsibilities

• Support senior RMs to provide excellent service to clients
• Understand client requirements and assist RMs in daily maintenance of account relationships
• Assist with vital documentation, handling of account servicing related requests and transaction processing
• Ensure that all client requests are dealt with in a timely and consistent manner while adhering to regulatory, compliance and internal security audit requirements
• Keep attuned to the current economic and financial markets so as to be current and proficient in attending to clients queries
