Assistant Relationship Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Description

• Support Relationship Manager in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and existing client (mainly Japanese)
• Assist Relationship Manager in performing various transactions in accurate and timely manner during know your client (KYC) process
• Execute trades for clients in all markets with due diligences and care
• Attend to prospects or clients enquiries promptly by providing accurate information in a professional manner
• Support Relationship Manager on administrative activities

Job Requirement

• Degree in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Business or equivalent
• Proficient in Japanese (both spoken and written) to liaise with Japanese clients
• Passion in financial market especially in stocks and shares
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Required to attain CMFAS Modules RES 1A, 5, CM-EIP & CM-SIP certifications within 2 months upon joining
