What to expect:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure exceptional service, food quality, and a positive guest experience
Conduct daily shift briefing- Ensure that standard operating procedures are maintained consistently, including service recovery, restaurant task cycle and cost control
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring; provide support and feedback to team members
- Address guest concerns and feedback to enhance their dining experience and resolve issues promptly
Support adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations; assist with routine inspections and corrective actions- Aid in payroll processing, maintaining employee records, and ensuring HR policy compliance.
Assist in managing inventory, including stock ordering and supplier coordination; perform regular audits to minimize waste
- Help implement strategies to drive sales, manage costs, and support promotional activities
Other Ad-hoc duties as required by Restaurant Manager
At least 3 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants- Minimum O level or Graduate Diploma in any field/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/ in F&B service or equivalent
Willing to be involved in hands on operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5 Days work/week rostered, must be able to work weekends.
Time: - 30am to 3.30pm and 5.30pm to 10.30pm (Split Shift)
