- Oversee outlet operations, ensuring health, safety, and hygiene compliance.
- Hire, train, and schedule staff.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Manage stock inventory and report daily sales.
- Prepare food orders and perform other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- 2+ years F&B experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety standards.
- Singaporean/PR only, immediate availability preferred.
