Assistant Safety Manager

Location: Changi

1. Conduct daily HSE inspections

2. Verify compliance with WSH Act, CAAS, and CAG requirements

3. Ensure approved permits are in place

4. Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and tidiness

5. Report critical issues to Superintending Officer

6. Verify contractor's daily work declaration

7. Respond to site incidents and emergencies

8. Provide standing supervision for critical works

9. Report incidents to Superintending Officer and CAG Duty Manager

10. Submit daily inspection reports to CAG Project Team

Qualifications & Experience

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry preferably 3 years with developer/main contractor.

. Minimum 2 years of experience in tunneling and/or deep excavation works.

. Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer with MOM.

. Has obtained certificate in development of a Risk Management Implementation Plan (bizSAFE Level 2) or equivalent.

. Has obtained certificate in DfS appreciation course.

. Must be willing to work shifts
