Job Description
Sales and Stock Management
Ensure appropriate stock levels at subsidiary, internal and external retail network.
Ensure adequate and timely product deliveries.
Fully utilize the available market stock to maximize fluidity and revenues.
Monitor deliveries and communicate with headquarters to ensure proper product supply.
Consolidate and coordinate requests on delivery of all boutiques/wholesale to HQ.
Monitor stock health in internal and external retail locations.
Work with boutique managers to plan and execute allocation, achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, and ensure that client requests are adequately addressed and fulfilled.
Work in close cooperation with the distribution network in order to develop strong relationships with partners.
Advise, guide, control and report the operations of retailers, their business development and results. Intervene and follow-up on key issues, prospects and motivate retailers in order to secure their adhesion to the brand and its corporate values and to ensure their business growth and continuous profitability.
Ensure that sell-in and sell-out objectives are met at all times.
Manage the efficiency of the logistics and warehouse coordination
Help to prepare yearly budgets, latest estimates and ad-hoc reporting and statistics.
Ensure that the sales and revenue of the brand is maximized at all times.
Monitor staff purchase and staff loan.
Sales & Distribution Reporting
Prepare timely and accurate analysis and reports on sales, distribution and product, according to the managements requirements.
Prepare information and presentations for internal and external meetings for the management.
Regularly assess the market situation, developments and trends.
Provide regular market reports to the management (incl. sell-in and sell-out figures).
Update distribution network information on the Internet and Sugar database at all times.
Administration & Others
Corporate compliance: follow the rules of corporate compliance defined by the company strictly and at all times.
Attend and participate to sales meetings, product seminars, trade shows and other meetings as reasonably instructed by the management.
Keep a presentable and self-motivated attitude at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in similar field or industry.
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
