Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Assistant Sales Manager will support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth and expanding market presence in the professional skincare distribution sector. This role involves coordinating with skincare clinics, spas, and retailers, developing new client relationships, and supporting marketing efforts to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have experience in skincare or beauty products, possess strong customer relationship skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to meeting sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sales Manager in identifying, approaching, and securing new clients within the skincare industry, including clinics, beauty spas, and wellness centers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular check-ins, presentations, and training sessions with clients to showcase product benefits and address any queries.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the skincare product line, ingredients, and unique selling points.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging skincare technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and implement sales strategies and promotions tailored for professional skincare products.
- Assist in setting monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress, and recommending adjustments to meet goals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and launch new skincare products.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, product demos, and events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Track sales metrics, customer feedback, and product performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for the Sales Manager to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or personal care distribution industries.
Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills proficiency in CRM and sales tracking software is a plus.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with skincare products, active ingredients, and industry standards for professional skin care.
