Responsibilities
- Target and identify customers in need of precious metal refining, particularly within industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Aviation, Semiconductors, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Develop and present proposals, and conduct negotiations to secure optimal deals by consistently following up with potential clients for feedback on quotes, competitor actions, decision-making intentions, and other relevant factors.
- Communicate with clients about metal pricing and transfer logistics.
- Track updates on precious metal prices and client project statuses coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to keep the customer database current, including details such as contact information, company specifics, and relevant personal designations.
- Assist the Senior Manager in refining the Customer Care Program, handling customer feedback, addressing complaints, and responding proactively to changes in client personnel, processes, equipment, materials, or business strategies.
- Contribute to market intelligence efforts by gathering insights on clients, prospects, competitors, market conditions, industry trends, influential groups, and alternatives within the sector.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in business or chemical engineering field etc
- Candidate with Class 3 Driving license and own vehicle is preferred
- Must be open for Overseas travelling when required.
- Candidate that have experience worked with precious metal / metal refinery is preferred.
