Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Represent and manage APAC Project Management Office services (Project Management governance and process) to client.
  • Required to do stakeholder management, vendor management (Mechanical electrical plumbing consultants, Interior design, QS consultants, and more), RFP preparation & selection.
  • Work and collaborate with Colliers regional and global Enterprise Project Management teams and Colliers APAC country Project Management team.
  • Work independently with clients and vendors to deliver all commercial office projects.
  • This role will be 100% secondment to client site.

Qualifications

  • Experience working on international or multinational client projects is required
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar area
  • Strong communication skills and a teamwork attitude
