Assistant / Senior Project Manager

Job Description

• Leading & mentoring a team to follow procedures, providing advice & supervision.
• Responsible for effective project implementation, resource planning within time & cost.
• Prepare & submit progress reports, budget & safety reports.
• Ensure all works carred out meet company's quality standards & requiements.
• Ensure engineers and supervisors meet client & regulatory requirements.
• Ensure Environmental, Safety & Health standards are carried out at all times.
• Co-ordinate with clients, sub-contractors and consultants on all poject matters.
• Report directly to Managing Director

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized local university.
• Relevant building certificates from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with high-rise buildings, including curtain wall and basement work.
• Proven ability to coordinate precast elements effectively.
• Strong capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in tracking and monitoring project progress.
• Proficient in CAD and BIM file management and interpretation.
