Responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the overall performance of the team in the project and prepare the project management and project quality plans and implement them accordingly
In charge of the implementation and completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, cost, and quality.
Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
Meet contractual conditions of performance
Review the work progress on regularly
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering, with minimum 7 years similar experience in A1 Construction firms
