- Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Instructing crew members on proper handling practices and excellent customer service
- Implementing food handling and safety guidelines
Overseeing the daily activities of the Crew Members- Scheduling work shifts and ensuring that the Crew Members report on time
Ensuring that the store and kitchen equipment are in proper working order
- Keeping a track of store supplies and placing orders for new stock
Addressing customer queries and complaints- Advising customers on menu items and other pricing details
Training and mentoring new Crew Members
- Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crew Leader or Crew Member in the F&B industry
- Holding a valid food handlers license or certification in food safety mandatory
Complete knowledge of various food handling practices, guidelines, and industry standards- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly motivated, hygienic, and detail-oriented individual- Excellent leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Ability to offer excellent customer service
