Position Summary: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will lead our retail team to achieve designated sales targets while fostering a positive and efficient atmosphere. You will collaborate with senior management and trainers to motivate and train staff, ensuring an exceptional customer experience that aligns with their brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Drive the retail team towards achieving store sales goals and individual performance metrics.
- Team Development: Collaborate with management to train, motivate, and uplift team morale, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Merchandising: Implement store merchandising plans effectively, maintaining a professional representation of the brand.
- Customer Insights: Identify and communicate the needs of existing and potential customers to your supervisor promptly.
- Sales Initiatives: Contribute to the creation of marketing strategies that enhance store sales performance.
- Training Engagement: Actively participate in training sessions to stay updated on products and technologies, and conduct in-store training for your retail team.
- Reporting: Compile comprehensive reports on store traffic, client demographics, and sales performance to optimize staff presence.
- Inventory Management: Maintain effective inventory control and monitor sales performance across various points of sale.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Support, HR, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Additional Tasks: Complete other assignments or achieve additional KPIs as directed by the company.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years in luxury retail sales, with a proven track record of exceptional sales results; at least 2 years in retail sales management is preferred.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Leadership: Strong leadership qualities coupled with ambition and a proactive mindset.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new software.
- Attributes: High energy to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; capable of representing the brand with enthusiasm.
- Background: Interest or knowledge in audio technologies, luxury brands, and music is advantageous.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work on a roster basis to meet business demands.
