Job Description
- Handle day-to-day logistics activities.
- Work closely with Supervisor & Manager to ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety and to achieve the assigned KPI.
- Lead process optimization and ensure efficiency in transport operations.
- Perform simple SAP transaction (GR / PGI/ DO creation).
- Manage warehouse inventory (cycle count) and accountability (periodic stock take).
- Coordinate with customer care for delivery matters.
- Responsible for a safe and clean work environment 5S.
- Manage some of export/import shipments.
- Preparation of invoices and shipping documents pack list process permit if required.
- Handle emails to correspond with suppliers/customers.
- Coordination with service providers and related internal departments regarding shipments.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks if needed.
Job Requirement
- Possess a valid forklift license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or related field
- Basic computer skill
- Willingness to learn shipping procedures
