ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Job Description & Requirements:

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Cleaning Services Supervisor to lead our team of cleaners. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Quality Control:Supervise a team of cleaners, ensuring adherence to company procedures.
Inspect work to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

2. Comprehensive Cleaning Services:Provide a range of cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, floor washing, glass panel cleaning, and restroom maintenance.

3. Inventory Management:Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials, reordering as needed.
Ensure cleaners have the necessary equipment and supplies for their tasks.

4. Health and Safety Compliance:Report defects and safety issues promptly to superiors.
Communicate and enforce safe usage of cleaning products and machinery.

5. Communication and Reporting:Maintain effective communication with superiors regarding operational issues.
Provide regular reports on cleaning activities and inventory status.

Qualifications:

. Proven experience in supervising cleaning services.

. Strong attention to detail and quality control.

. Excellent organizational and communication skills.

. Knowledge of health and safety procedures.

. Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

Flexible to work in weekends and public holidays.
