About the Role
We are seeking a capable IT professional to join our team and drive our company's IT initiatives, including but not limited to infrastructure management, policy development, IT security, data management and IT vendor management. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. This role will assist in managing projects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs))
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders across the organization.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software as needed.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from unauthorized access and breaches.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets and procurement processes.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to IT systems, policies, processes, and procedures.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assist in ensuring the network security is aligned with PDPA regulations
- Assist in conducting regular IT audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Stay current with trends and developments in the IT field, including emerging technologies and best practices.
What You Will Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience in an IT role with hands-on experience managing IT infrastructure and systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, and security protocols.
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and IT project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)) are preferred.
