We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.
DESIGNATION : Assistant Warehouse Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide comprehensive administrative support for both executive and operational functions, including:
Filing of documents such as transfer, return and recovery vouchers.
Ensure accurate updates of inventory usage of the organization.
Raising purchase requests of inventory items.
Perform Goods Received Note (GRN).
Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the department's business processes and systems in support of the duties and responsibilities of the position.
Material resource planning: Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure sufficient stock quantities as well as the efficient inventory storage and retrieval.
Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and physical audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Participate in inventory optimization projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Stay updated on inventory management SOP, best practices and technologies.
Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor or HOD.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum ITE level or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
Good documentation and planning skills
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently as well as a team player
Possess a good mindset and attitude with a strong drive to learn
