Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Lawyer to join our Global Financial Markets practice in Singapore, focusing on project construction and EPC contract negotiations.
Based in Singapore, this practice boasts an excellent market reputation and offers the opportunity to gain top-quality experience across a diverse range of work, including cross-border deals.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will be academically accomplished, demonstrate exceptional technical proficiency, and maintain a strong dedication to client service.
Key Requirements:
3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience (UK notional)
Must be qualified in a common law jurisdiction.
Have a foundational construction capability, underpinned by a minimum of 2 years of transactional construction experience gained in a reputable law firm setting.
Exhibit a genuine interest and proactive approach to understanding our clients businesses and industry nuances.
Thrive in collaborative team settings while also being capable of driving tasks independently.
Display self-motivation and the ability to operate autonomously when required.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a natural aptitude for building and nurturing client relationships.
Approach problem-solving creatively, with a focus on delivering practical solutions rather than solely identifying issues.
