Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Consultant at Willet Partners in Singapore. The role involves tasks such as conducting executive searches, talent mapping, providing HR advisory services, and contributing to successful outcomes for clients across various industries and specializations.

Qualifications

• Experience in executive search is not mandatory and welcome fresh graduates to write in.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Possess agility, is goal oriented and has strong interest in people connection.
• Minimum a good Diploma
