We're looking for a Performance Marketing Director to join our award-winning integrated digital consultancy. You will be in charge of leading amplification performance-led projects, developing optimisation protocols and execution, driving strategy development and marketing implementation to meet client's business objectives.
You will oversee amplification campaign strategy development, planning, implementation, execution and tracking across Google ensuite Ads (GDN, YT, SEM), with secondary priorities around SEO, Social. There will be opportunities for CRM workflows and email marketing work, and KPIs are around maximisation of marketing and advertising ROI for clients. You will oversee and manage ad budgets for campaigns, plan and conduct optimisation with A/B testing, while working with cross-functional teams of researchers, copywriters and designers.
The ideal candidate is independent, proactive, highly collaborative, with strong problem solving and analytical skills, and a self-starter. You are a strategic thinker, and are comfortable understanding and leveraging audience insights and data to help drive toward marketing and sales goals, creating business impact for clients.

Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Execution
○ Design and set comprehensive goals for performance and meeting of client's business objectives
○ Set up marketing campaigns across channels including media planning, buying and channel optimisation
○ Oversee strategic implementations and interpret campaign metrics and develop data-driven approaches toward achieving client's objectives
○ Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of PPC ad planning and buying, paid social media, including strategy, target analysis, ad setup, content calendar, monitoring, and reporting
○ Plan, develop, and defend budget recommendations, work goals, campaign strategies
○ Proactively monitor, track and report on campaign metrics and performance
○ Anticipating trends that may influence our work in relation to client's businesses
○ Conduct competitive analyses or other business research to develop relevant insights to inform marketing strategy
○ Fluent in the workings, language and lexicon of various disciplines helming our business i.e. creative, content, digital strategy, martech and branding
○ Identify and consult growth resulting in additional business opportunities for clients and assist in executing strategies against those opportunities when necessary
. Possess at least a Marketing or Data Degree
. At least 15 years of working experience in marketing, with prior agency or consultancy experience preferred, hands-on in digital media and account management capacities
. Fluency across marketing strategies, understanding of the customer funnel and ability to optimise conversions at various stages
. Fluency with SaaS tools for web / SEO / paid analytics such as GA, SEMRush and Socialbakers
. Fluency with performance KPIs: CPA, CPC, CPI, CPM, Attribution and LTV
. Knowledge of online advertising platforms and analytics tools for online channels
. Knowledge across mar-tech infrastructure architecture
. Knowledge with creation and running of email workflows and campaigns across Hubspot, Mailchimp, Drip, etc
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present well externally on behalf of the team in a consultative, client-facing environment
. Strong listening, questioning, and critical-thinking skills
. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team
. Confident, independent, and proactive with a can-do attitude
. Self-motivated and driven with hunger to learn and stay abreast of marketing and digital industry trends
. Strong strategic, implementation and organisation skills, attention to detail
. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects smoothly and thoroughly, while adopting a self-directed attitude to achieve results
