Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve targets by acquiring and retaining profitable Medium Enterprise customers, focusing on Network Business.
- Generate new business by identifying and converting prospects within the Bank's guidelines.
- Develop tailored account plans, providing needs-based solutions and structuring appropriate credit facilities.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships within a growing portfolio.
- Market and sell a range of products, including Trade Services, Lending, Cash Management, and Wealth.
- Prepare credit proposals and annual reviews promptly.
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure quality lending decisions and adherence to policies.
- Implement business plans to meet sales and revenue targets and propose innovative customer acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 5+ years of experience with business/commercial clients and proven success in client acquisition.
- Strong ability to service existing clients while acquiring new ones
- Solid knowledge of Trade, Cash Management, Lending, and FX, with an understanding of local industries and market conditions.
- Experience in financial statement and credit analysis, particularly with international businesses.
- Knowledge of wealth products.
