Job Description
The successful candidate will join the Flight Dispatch department, under the Total Mission Management Division. This role is instrumental in ensuring the efficient resource planning and day to day support to our Flight Dispatch Team.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensuring the timely and accurate updating of operational staff shift patterns, verifying shift hours and administering payroll cycle related tasks.
Assisting the department in preparing staff rosters, leave plans and optimising overall resource planning.
Monitoring and updating operational applications and tools used by Dispatchers, dispatching bulletins and assisting with continuous improvement efforts.
Performing IT Coordinator (LIC) functions for the Dispatch department.
Maintaining staff operational training records.
Administration of Dispatch office supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Monitoring contracts, service agreements and processing invoices from vendors.
Assisting with issuance of Technical Crew positioning, interline tickets.
Contributing to effective team performance and assisting in staff welfare related activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in any discipline.
Aviation related qualifications will be advantageous.
Relevant aviation and/or airline operations experience will be advantageous.
Candidates without relevant experience will be considered.
Analytical with good problem-solving skills.
Good situational awareness, ability to focus and prioritise time sensitive tasks.
Meticulous and able to execute procedures accurately.
Able to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment. A strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
IT proficient, comfortable working with operational, technical documentation and procedures.
Comfortable working with multiple applications and automation.
Good command of written and spoken English.
