Job Description

Overview:

Element has an opportunity for an Associate Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.

This role is based in Ang Mo Kio, Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Perform Calibration and Measurement of Dimension gauges and instruments as per WI using CMM, reference master, tester etc (on-site and in-house) with report and necessary administrative work
Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment as schedule and assigned
Ensure proper delivery of service to customer(s)
Help manager to manage day-to-day calibration work in the labs reference to ISO17025 standard, eg. Quality/ Job Planning/ Job Assignment/ Customer Requirements etc
Any other duties as assigned by Manager/ Section Head/ Senior staff
Skills / Qualifications:
Diploma/ Degree in Aerospace/ Precision or Mechanical Engineering
3 years or more experience in Calibration and Measurement of Dimension is preferred
Working knowledge of laboratory safety
Possesses a demonstrated ability to apply academic knowledge within the context of Elements business
Can analyze and compiles testing data from the tests performed
Possess strong computer skills
