Perform UPH time study for all iBGA processes in Assy, Test and EOL
Identify areas for improvement in process , equipment , layout, and MMR
Layout coordination with supporting team.
Support various productivity improvement projects.
Support DL MMR MOST study
Capacity analysis for Assy, Test and EOL.
Head count analysis.
Site Inventory update timely manner.
