Make An Impact By
- System Management: Oversee and maintain installed systems to ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with multiple teams to test and implement solutions, ensuring optimal performance and System Availability
- Infrastructure Availability: Ensure that systems and infrastructure are consistently available and performing at peak efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Work with IT and system vendor to provide support to resolve system issues promptly.
- Technical Guidance: Evaluate current systems and provide technical advice and support to users.
- System Automation: Plan and execute system automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Process Optimization: Apply optimization methodologies and risk management tools to ensure project completion aligns with stakeholder needs.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Skills For Success
- Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in system management, IT support, or a related role.
- Proficiency in system management software, automation tools, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
