Associate Engineer - Test Equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform daily scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Calibration (CAL) activities and provide technical support to Maintenance.
• Generate overall master PM/CAL schedule with down handler monitoring status
• Identify, recognize machine shortfall and attempt to improve on any machine related issues occurring during their daily servicing schedule.
• Responsible in buying off new machines, and work with internal and external stake holders for smooth production transfer to mass production.
• Responsible in setting up and buying off of consignment hardware with identification of constraints and major shortfall of test setup as a whole.
• Establishment and documentation of design rules, improvements or any associated hardware and software where relevant.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1-2 years working experience in Semiconductor Industry preferred.
• Able to work individually and as a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office.
• Able to commit to 12-hour day shift when required.
