Transactions
- In this newly created role, you will closely with deal teams on a variety of complex investments, offering legal support and commercial guidance as well as overall project management. This is a hands on role where legal plays an integral part in all transaction related work.
- You will work on a range of investments including PE/VC led transactions. The work will be high level, high value and high profile.
- You will work side by side investment teams, supported by external vendors for heavy lifting legal duties.
Leadership:
- You will play an integral role within the business, acting as a partner/business advisor to deal teams, partners and various senior leaders.
Stakeholders:
- You will work closely with external counsel to ensure this support is utilized and managed accordingly.
- Working with high profile and high performing origination teams, the role will require super influencing skills
Requirements
- 8 - 12 PQE (Guideline)
- Education to a high level from well known establishments
- Trained in a top tier law firm (US/Magic Circle essential), ideally across investments / funds / transactional work in general
- In-House experience in a PE / Investment role - preferred
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to work with internal and external parties from all over the world
- Can run complex transactions, enjoy the managerial path and thrive when surrounded by challenging / rewarding day to day discussions
