You will be an integral member of our world-class Fulfilment team, taking the lead in ensuring adequate inventory levels to meet the demand of consumers across more than 60 countries worldwide. In this role, you will be actively involved in optimising inventory accuracy and ensuring optimal inventory coverage across multiple 3PL warehouses. You are also required to adopt a data driven approach combined with strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to translate multifactorial data into actionable insights.
Our Logistics team is essential for enhancing our customers experience and supporting key partnerships programs with world-renowned brands such as Game of Thrones, Batman, Cloud9, Team Secret, as well as international esports organisers such as Riot Games for their League of Legends global tournaments.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the integrity of inventory levels across multiple 3PL warehouses in the allocated region(s)
- Maintain a robust system for Pre-order & New Product Introduction (NPI) Management, taking into account the upcoming shipment schedule, available inventory, and any potential exceptions across the global region(s)
- Perform end-to-end activities for the full Pre-order cycle, ensuring that all products are always available for sale, including daily monitoring of Pre-order levels.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support team, ensuring the delivery of proactive updates to customers regarding Pre-order statuses
- Facilitate discussions across Regional teams to identify root causes and reconcile inventory discrepancies
Requirements
- Diploma and/or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or related field with 2 or more years of e-commerce experience.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment warehouse processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism, with the ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills to analyze, interpret and extract trends from data, identifying the root causes and translating them to actionable insights
- Agile mindset who can adapt quickly to evolving and/or scaling-up practices and not be confined to industry best practices
- Demonstrate both independence and team player traits in handling diverse situations and meeting tight timelines
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office365 and other collaboration tools
Bonuses
- Experience in inventory management, including usage of warehouse management and ERP systems.
- Experience using professional or customized ERP/ OMS / WMS/ TMS, experience with Netsuite is a bonus
