Responsibilities
This is a 12-month fixed contract, working within the Global Technology Services (GTS) COO team, responsible for:
- Coordinating activities and processes required for effective day to day organization of IT Infrastructure assets and contracts management.
- Resource management, e.g., onboarding/offboarding/contract extension and headcount tracking and reporting including PPM Management and reporting.
Asset Management:
- Develop and maintain frameworks, RACI, and end to end process/engagement model for on-boarding IT Assets in region (reconciling with financial books).
- Assist with governance of asset inventory including stock take and checks.
- Periodic internal quality assurance assessment across IT Asset portfolio, highlighting any potential gaps, defining remediation plan and ensuring continued adherence to Group IT Asset Management standards.
Contract Management:
- Ensure all contracts are registered in Sourcing Hub and aligned to Marley Asset Inventory.
- Ensure adherence of contracts and sourcing requirements of existing vendor services.
- Escalate appropriately to ensure Department Accountable Ex-Co are informed and necessary remediation implemented.
- Assist with designing process to streamline / and maintain an accurate BAU contracts management schedule.
Business Management / PMO:
- Publish report of CTB/RTB consumption from Pyramid and follow-ups
- Maintain resource management plan.
- Assist with producing TCO reporting (on Apptio).
- Work with Procurement and Expense team on follow ups and maintain governance.

Profile required
Academic Background and Certifications, Experience:
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Passionate and curious about technology and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English and confident communicator
