The course equips students with skills to administer contractual issues risen from the construction projects. The objectives of this course are to develop the skills and knowledge required to assess interim payments, variations, extension of time applications, loss and expenses claims and to prepare professional reports in relation to insurance, bonds, determination of contractor's employment and final accounts.
Areas covered include problem diagnosis and solving, professional communication, professional practice, critical thinking and discipline knowledge, technical expertise.
Classes are mostly conducted during weekday evening from 7.00pm to 10.00pm.

Teaching information:
- To teach the 6 required sessions of 3-hr lectures
- To set, coach and mark assessments
Job Requirements
- Possess a Master's Degree or professional qualification in the relevant discipline.
- Have at least 5 years of related working experience.
- Have at least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at tertiary level.
