Throughout this course, students will develop the knowledge and skills to manage professional relationships between agencies, their clients and within agencies. You will investigate the communication industry, and account management roles within the context of commercial practice. You will examine the basic principles of account management and how to develop an environment of trust, respect and partnership with clients.
Job Requirements
A Ph.D or Master's Degree in Communication-related discipline from a reputable university.
At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
Applicant must be able to teach day time classes.
