Associate Lecturer - Introduction to Corporate Finance (HE4)

FIN 503 - Introduction to Corporate Finance
Fundamental concepts in the modern theory of corporate finance are discussed. This course introduces dividend policy, capital structure, cost of capital and its relation to leverage, and an advanced treatment of capital investments. An introduction to derivatives payoffs and valuation concludes the course.

Job Requirement:
- A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level
- Familiar with learning management systems
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
