SEM 500 - Managing People
Introduces students to organizational behavior (OB) and human resource management (HRM), and how to generate energy and commitment in employees. Examines options relevant to staffing, performance management, reward systems, leadership, motivation, decision making, communication, labor relations, and current issues in the field of management.
Job Requirement:
- A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level
- Familiar with learning management systems
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
