SEM 610 - The Manager as Strategist
This is a two week intensive course designed to develop critical thinking skills for executives. The course provides an overview of the substantive areas of management including human resources, leadership, organizational behaviour and strategy skills.Restricted to students in the FastTrack MBA for Business Graduates and the Master of Accounting.

Job Requirement:
- A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university
- 5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level
- Familiar with learning management systems
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
