The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team contributes to making KPMG a great place to work by implementing best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, groom and retain the best and brightest talents. The team looks after the full HR spectrum including but not limited to recruitment, manpower planning, performance and talent management and staff communications.
We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator as a HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will work in a team to partner our business in helping to achieve the people agenda through appropriate delivery of people services.
The role involves:
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business and internal COEs to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals. Demonstrate business acumen and industry knowledge and effectively interpret business and financial performance metrics to identify key challenges, and strategic solutions related to workforce performance, people practices, people investment and continuous improvement measures.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor; foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy and positive workplace culture.
- Employee Engagement and Communication: Drive employee engagement through people initiatives and facilitate effective communication between leadership and employees.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong rapport and relationships with key business stakeholders to drive people agenda and ensure alignment with business goals.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local employment laws and firm policies. Provide guidance on policies and HR best practices, including manage complex people matters.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 4 years of Human Resource experience in various HR specialists functions where a minimum of 2 years in a HR business partnering role.
- A Bachelor's degree with strong foundation in data analytics to drive data-informed decision-making with the business.
- Strong project management & is a great team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience using data to identify strategic objectives
