Our Finance and Risk Practice, part of our Financial Services Group, is the leading strategic risk management consultancy. We solve the most challenging problems at the largest and most complex global financial institutions. Our Non-Financial Risk and Compliance platform is one of our fastest-growing areas, advising clients to adapt their risk and compliance management strategies to continuously evolving market dynamics, emerging risks, and rising regulatory expectations.


What You Will Do
Associates are critical leaders within our consulting team, working side-by-side with our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Teams: Guide teams of consultants on a wide range of Finance and Risk-related topics, including developing hypotheses, managing data collection, model creation, and analyses.
  • Synthesizing Findings: Transform insights into written presentations and discuss them with clients and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Support Partners in project execution through excellent project management, including work planning, workflow management, and coaching/developing more junior team members.
  • Client Relationships: Manage client relationships and networks, present to senior audiences, and work day-to-day with senior and mid-level clients.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate issues and solutions in both formal and informal settings, through written and verbal communication.
  • Risk Analytics: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify risk patterns and trends, develop and validate risk models to predict and mitigate potential risks, create detailed risk reports and dashboards for senior management and clients, ensure all risk analytics processes comply with regulatory requirements, and continuously improve risk analytics methodologies and tools.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience: 4-6 years of relevant consulting and/or industry experience, either at a well-regarded consulting firm or a financial services institution prior experience with finance, risk, and risk analytics related topics
  • Leadership: Experience in guiding and managing teams and achieving results in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Problem Solving: Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills.
  • Communication: The ability to share your ideas and solutions clearly and effectively, both in writing and in conversation.
  • Education: Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
