Associate Pastor

Roles and Responsibilities:

Being part of the ministry team, you will be working closely with the overseeing Pastor to steer, direct, grow and develop the all Ministries and in charge of the church worship ministry include administrative and ministerial responsibilities, but not limited to, providing theologically sound Biblical teaching primarily to youths up to tertiary, leading small and large group sessions, and coordinating virtual and in-person events.

Job Descriptions:

1. Lead the church to grow deep and close to God. He will assist to develop the overall visions and strategic plan for the church.
2. Oversee the pastoral care needs in hospital visitation, home visits, counselling, marriages and funerals
3. Take charge of the church worship and church music ministry.
4. Preach in Chinese Service in Mandarin.
5. Support other areas of ministry as and when required.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in Theology.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experiences working as pastor in a Mandarin speaking Church.
