We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team and drive the success of our private label product portfolio. The role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Head of Private Label. What can you expect in this role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Category Management Team and the Head of Private Label to identify and evaluate new product opportunities, considering customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the Category Management Team to drive the visibility, build promotional campaigns and improve the basket penetration of the Private Label Category.
- Analyse promotional performance and implement ad-hoc strategy to improve the promotional efficiency.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for our private label products.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, pricing trends, and potential product gaps within the category.
- Conduct weekly report on the overall Private Label Category performance (GMV, Margin, Basket Penetration, Promotions etc)
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities within the category.
- Set the optimal pricing strategies for private label products to maximize profitability by considering cost structures and competition positioning.
- Conduct regular product performance reviews and make data-driven decisions on product enhancements, range expansions, and discontinuations.
- Work closely with our suppliers and the supply chain team to ensure a smooth execution of our procurement operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Category Manager or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions. Advance Excel proficiency (Pivot Table & vLookup) is a must.
- Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
