The Associate Psychologist is responsible for:
Clinical Duties:
Provide risk screening and intake assessment for new clients.
Triage clients according to the SOP.
Provide crisis counselling to distressed clients who called the main customer service line.
Support clinicians who need assistance in conducting psychological assessments.
Maintaining professional development and learning in psychology and clinical intervention.
Receive regular clinical supervision.
Administrative Duties
Answering calls from a phone line and assisting callers in appointment booking.
Manning secondary crisis hotline after hours according to rostered time period.
Managing referrals from clients and providing them with the appropriate resources.
Managing requests for psychological training and talks to organisations.
Design, develop and deliver talks or workshops for organisations and upon request.
Creating relevant content for social media marketing, including the monthly newsletter.
Assist with clinical administration matters, or other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Directors or respective Heads.
Assist in the data collection and statistical analysis of data regarding CELs services.
