This role is under the Shared Services (SS) branch, which is a centralized hub to support administrative and operational requirements for scholarships, awards and internships.

Job Responsibilities

• Support scholarship recruitment activities, including processing applications, scheduling interviews, preparing interview materials, offer packages, creating scholar records and p-files, supporting deed signing processes etc.
• Maintain accurate scholar information in the database.
• Serve as the point of contact for student/intern attachment queries/issues at A.STAR Research Institutes.
• Verify student/intern payroll allowances, prepared by the outsourced payroll vendor.
• Review access rights for the Student Management Portal monthly.
• Facilitate application of access pass for interns
• Assist with other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other related fields are welcome to apply.
• Candidates without prior experience but display good aptitude may be considered.
