Position Description
Relevant sales or key account management experience in the FMCG industry

Sales forecasting, demand planning, supply chain, and sales operations
Role Purpose:
To oversee secondary key sales accounts, drive business growth through the distributor channel, identify and capitalize on untapped market opportunities, and develop the capabilities of key accounts to align with the channel strategy, business objectives, and overall organizational goals.
Key Accountabilities:
Business Development (30%):
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the foodservice industry.
Develop and implement strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain relationships with potential HORECA customers.
Key Account Management (25%):
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Develop tailored sales strategies and action plans for key accounts, focusing on long-term partnership and mutual growth.
Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular updates to the management team.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Distributor Management (25%):
Oversee and manage relationships with distributors to ensure optimal distribution coverage and effectiveness.
Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans, promotional strategies, and sales initiatives.
Monitor distributor performance, ensuring alignment with company sales goals and service standards.
Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their sales capabilities and product knowledge.
Integrated Business Planning (20%):
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to develop and execute integrated business plans.
Participate in sales forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management processes to ensure product availability and sales alignment.
Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, promotional plans, and sales incentives to drive business growth.
Analyze business performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration or Economics.
Minimum 5 years of sales or key account management experience in the FMCG industry.
In-depth understanding of foodservice industry (preferred).
Strong business analytical skills.
Deep knowledge of FMCG business processes, particularly sales forecasting, demand planning, supply chain, and sales operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
