Support preparation of business proposals and pitch documents
Research and gather information on legal entity structure
Assist in gathering business and functional requirements
Conduct financial analysis, financial statements review and assess business performance
Support team for various restructuring and insolvency appointments such as for scheme of arrangement, restructuring, judicial management, receiverships, liquidations and bankruptcy
Prepare documents and assist in sale process for distressed assets
Assist in drafting correspondence and communicate with various stakeholders during engagements
Maintain internal and external relationships to drive desired outcomes
Assist in other related financial work as required by the Firm.
