Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes
  • Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades
  • Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation
  • Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process
  • Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment
  • Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs
  • Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment in similar capacity
  • Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours
  • 24/7 support require to handle BAU Operations
