Job Description

Responsibilities

Monitor the health of the Linux, Windows, AIX, VMware servers through both automated and manual processes
Perform server hardware maintenance and upgrades
Timely action to resolve or escalate to the next level for investigation
Great knowledge in handling incident, change management process
Install, configure, and maintain servers in a Linux, Windows environment
Maintain documentation for procedures, configurations, and programs
Good knowledge of the fundamentals of VMware ESX and related technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Great organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Banking Infrastructure environment in similar capacity
Availability to resolve urgent environment problems outside of business hours
24/7 support require to handle BAU Operations
