Overview
You will coordinate and implement university-wide frameworks, projects and systems relating to quality assurance, strategic planning, and performance management. You will also have opportunities to be involved in conducting data analysis, report preparation, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
a. Work with various internal and external stakeholders on SUTD's frameworks, initiatives and projects in quality assurance, strategic planning, and performance management.
b. Assist in SUTD's Quality Assurance Framework for Universities (QAFU) evaluation process, including report preparation, organisation of the on-site evaluation visit, and any follow-up actions.
c. Conduct fact-finding and data analysis to support recommendations related to quality assurance, strategic planning, and performance management.
d. Coordinate and facilitate discussions related to quality assurance, strategic planning, and performance management.
e. Undertake any other related duties or projects requested by the Chief Strategy Officer.
Requirements
i. At least 6 years of working experience in a university in the above areas.
ii. Candidates who have not worked in a university before, but with relevant experience in other industries will also be favourably considered.
iii. Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
iv. Familiar with the public sector.
v. Comfortable with a multicultural university environment.
vi. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and have a positive work attitude.
Prior experience and/or training in implementing and reviewing quality assurance and performance management frameworks will be an advantage.
