Associates (Civil and Commercial Disputes)
Tan Rajah & Cheah is seeking associates with around 2-4 years PQE in litigation and arbitration to join our commercial
litigation and disputes practice. We offer the opportunity to practice law alongside some of the brightest legal minds in
Singapore. Our lawyers are expected to live up to the best traditions of the Bar, and will also gain exposure to complex
domestic and cross border disputes work.
Our associates are given early opportunities to shoulder responsibility on their matters, engage in significant client
contact, as well as oral advocacy.
The successful candidate can look forward to good exposure to dispute resolution work, legal work beyond research
and getting up, and good mentorship by partners. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, good
analytic ability, and excellent research and drafting skills. He/ she will also have strong written and oral
communication skills, and:
- have a keen interest in commercial litigation and arbitration;
- show initiative and be responsible, in their work; and
- be able to work well both independently and in a team.
