Associate Test Engineer (Software)

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the system users to understand the scope of projects
• Collaborate with Software Developers and support teams to resolve any issues on the product
• Monitoring the product testing for applications and software systems
• Perform performance testing using automated test scripts and testing tools
• Documented defects or bugs found during testing to the Software Developers
• Responsible for the execution of manual and automated tests to verify software functionality and performance
• Working towards departmental and project deadlines
• Create and execute test scripts to ensure software quality
• Providing objective feedback to softtware developers and stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• NITEC/Diploma in Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Preferably some experience in software/product testing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with a variety of stakeholders
• Posses problem solving and competent technical skills
• Attentive to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin in order to commuicate with our peers from our HQ in Taiwan
