Associate Vice President - Recruitment Leader (Singapore)

FRG is seeking experienced recruitment leaders with a passion for the fast-paced world of tech to join us in our vibrant office in the heart of Singapore. We are a pure play technology recruitment company and we pride ourselves on being the go-to talent solutions partner within the cloud technology arena (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce). We are owned by TPG Capital, a multi-billion dollar US private equity firm and currently operating within 20 strategically placed offices in the USA, EMEA, and APAC region.

You will be a vital part of our newly transformed APAC business with an ambition to disrupt the marketplace and grow itself in the region.

The ideal candidate:

• You'll have a proven track record of billing success within a 360 Recruitment position and understand the importance of leading from the front in every aspect of the role.
• Experience in managing or coaching a team. Understanding different coaching techniques would be advantageous, but not essential, as this is covered in detail throughout our leadership development programmes
• Passionate about creating a supportive, high performing environment
• Commercial, innovative and ambitious
• Knowledge of the Technology recruitment market would be preferred
